Is there a free plan?

Does it support local payments?
Yes. Ownima has native PromptPay (Thailand), MoMo (Vietnam), LINE Pay (Japan), and Stripe for international cards. Other platforms require workarounds.
Can I import my existing customer list?
Yes. Import via CSV (Excel) with name, phone, email, and any notes. We deduplicate by phone and email automatically.
What about bilingual contracts?
Yes. EN/TH, EN/VI, EN/RU out of the box. Other platforms either don’t support it or charge extra.
How do deposits work?
Pre-auth via Stripe (recommended), or cash deposit logged against the contract. Auto-released on return; partial capture for damage.

How does Thai contract work?

Does it support MoMo payments?
Yes. MoMo is built in for Vietnamese operators. Customers pay via MoMo QR at booking. Also supports Zalo Pay and bank transfer.
How does e-invoice work in Vietnam?
Ownima generates e-invoices compliant with Vietnamese regulations. VAT 10% is calculated automatically. Export to PDF or send via Zalo.
Can I communicate via Zalo?
Yes. Zalo notifications for booking confirmation, return reminders, and payment receipts. Vietnamese operators prefer Zalo over SMS.
Does it support SBP (Fast Payments) and Russian payment methods?
